I have wanted to write a blog for a long time now. And family and friends have encouraged the project. Posts will relate to the themes found in Isaiah 61:3 -- inspired by changes wrought by the mercies of God and the wonder of His continual workings.
Topics will span many categories (physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual) and include anecdotes about everyday life: health, housework, femininity, forgiveness, frustration, acceptance, pets, allergies, inspiration, cooking, children, philosophy, decorating, music, poetry and other literature -- to name a few that just now came to mind.
The feature (introductory) article is posted, and you may notice it to be dated August 13. That's because that's the day I wrote it. :-) It does take me a while to learn how to do these things, lol!

It's just the way life goes sometimes. Last year I graduated college with 3 associate degrees. At the age of 60-something, I now have too much "stuff" . . . too little space . . . and school debt to pay.
So, the practical thing is to sell lots of my things.
Here's the plan:
Each weekend, I will list items for sale. They will remain on this link for 4 weeks -- or until sold, whichever comes first. Prices will drop every week until, at the end of 4 weeks, listings will be available free of charge to the first person to contact me. (Pay only cost of shipping if necessary; local pick-ups have precedence).
2019 Update: LC Treasures was started in 2012 after I graduated from ACC. My main source of income, AT2U-GEMS (see below), grew much faster than anticipated . . . so other ventures took a back seat.
LC Treasures will return in AUGUST 2019 with a new look and a new approach. Bigger and Better! Changes will be noted in this corner of website and LC Treasures is expected to launch on Monday, August 19.

This is my main job -- full-time teaching/tutoring -- and includes music lessons in Voice, Piano, Violin, Guitar, and Making Music in Motion (summer camp style music classes for children 4--9 years of age) as well as academics for all ages in most common subject matters. I specialize in piano, math, and English (including Phonics). Classes available at my studio or your location. "It's All About Choices." That's the AT2U--GEMS motto. :-)
2019 Update: AT2U--GEMS has grown and expanded! We now offer advanced voice training by Paul Crumley, brass instrument lesson (mostly trombone and trumpet), and a FREE healthy living class called "Dessert First" where the title has literal meaning :-) and short and easy lessons are shared -- and practiced! -- in the areas of the essential oils and food. Look for information coming your way during the week of August 19!
